REGISTRATION & PAYMENT

The registration is binding and has contractual character. All courses must be booked as a subscription of 3 months (individual and group classes) or 4 weeks (Mum & Baby courses) . You will receive invoices monthly, at least a week before the first day of the following month. All invoices must be paid in advance, before the first day of the month during which the course starts . Please submit your payment via e-banking to the bank account number given in the invoice. Cash payments are not accepted.
 

MISSED LESSONS

In general, no lessons can be postponed and no course fee will be refunded. In rare emergency situations at home or at work an individual lesson can be conducted online during the appointed lesson time. Don’t worry if you miss your individual lesson: Every first Saturday of the month I offer free making-up lessons in a group “City Walks”.

 

CANCELLATION POLICY

The cancellation period of each course is 4 weeks. This means the contract is automatically extended for further 3 months (or 4 weeks for mums with babies) unless it is cancelled in writing at least 4 weeks before the end of the previous subscription.

 

HOLIDAYS

During the school holidays in Basel-Stadt, the classes take place normally except over Christmas, Fasnacht, Easter, two weeks in summer and one week in autumn. You are not obliged to book your lessons over the school holidays in Basel-Stadt if you have informed me at least 4 weeks in advance. During the holidays the group lessons are billed according to the number of participants attending.
